Value first principles

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription, and we stand behind the quality of our services.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your subscription, we offer a refund under the
following conditions:

You can request a refund by contacting us via the web form at https://www.linqmeup.com#contact with
the subject "refund" and the email you used to create your account with.

Refunds will only be issued if the following criteria are met:

  • The request is received within the first 7 days in case of a monthly subscription
  • The request is received within the first 30 days in the case of a yearly subscription
  • No support has been requested
  • There has been converted a maximum of 1 SQL query during the active subscription


  • Please note that the above conditions must be met before we can process any refund requests. We will review
    each request on a case-by-case basis and may require further information before processing the refund.

    If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to the payment method used to make the original
    purchase. Refunds that have been approved, will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the
    date of approval.
