1. Introduction
Welcome to LINQ Me Up, a software as a service (SAAS) platform provided by EEKAY ONLINE. The following terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LINQ Me Up, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.linqmeup.com or any of its sub domains (the “Website”), or through our mobile applications or APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscription
LINQ Me Up is a paid service, and you must purchase a subscription in order to use it. The subscription
fee
is payable either monthly or annually, at the discretion of the user.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are
set
either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when
purchasing
a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renewed under the
exact
same conditions unless you cancel it or LINQ Me Up cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription
renewal
either through your online account management page or by contacting the LINQ Me Up customer support
team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your
subscription.
You shall provide LINQ Me Up with accurate and complete billing information including full name,
address, state,
zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment
information,
you automatically authorize LINQ Me Up to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to
any
such payment instruments.
By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and are granted the right to use the
Service.
Please note that a fair use policy is applicable, meaning that we reserve the right to limit excessive
usage
of the Service that is not in line with the normal usage pattern of the majority of our users.

3. User Content
The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available SQL SELECT statements (the "input"). LINQ Me Up uses AI to convert the user input into C# LINQ code (the "output"). You retain all rights in and are solely responsible for the SQL SELECT statements you make available through the Service. All rights to the generated output belong to you as a paying user, who has both the rights and responsibilities to use it as they wish and as often as they wish. You take full responsibility for properly testing the quality and functionality of the generated code before using it in any product and/or production environment. LINQ Me Up, EEKAY ONLINE, and Edwin Klesman do not take any responsibility or legal accountability for the generated code.
4. Privacy
By creating an account, and using our services, you agree to our privacy policy, which you can find here.
LINQ Me Up does not store the input or output of each request. However, the AI service used by LINQ Me
Up may use the input
to train their model. For more information on how your data is used, we encourage you to review the

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EEKAY ONLINE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of EEKAY ONLINE.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EEKAY ONLINE makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EEKAY ONLINE, its affiliates, or its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, or data, arising out of or related to the Service or the use thereof, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not EEKAY ONLINE is advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination and Cancellation
EEKAY ONLINE may terminate your use of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms, you may discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription. As a user, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, after which the current period of the subscription will remain active until the last day of that period. After the period has ended, more payments will be made. You can also choose to delete your account, which will also stop automatic renewal of your current subscription, and stop any future payments. You can manage both your subscription and account from the profile page on the LINQ Me Up platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
10. Changes to Terms of Use
EEKAY ONLINE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service: In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability. Additionally, you agree not to: ● Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service. ● Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service. ● Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent. ● Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service. ● Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. ● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service. ● Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. ● Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating. ● Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.
12. No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of Company, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.
